KidneyColor Mobile App and Image Processing

When a user uses KidneyColor, we may collect and process account/profile information, contact information, case identifiers, uploaded case images, donor/case clinical information, assessment form data, case records, app activity data, and notification tokens.

This data is collected directly from the user through the KidneyColor mobile app and is used to provide app functionality, store and manage case records, support structured kidney assessment workflows, maintain account access, provide notifications, secure the service, and improve service reliability.

KidneyColor currently uses uploaded images for case documentation and clinical workflow support. KidneyColor does not use case images, clinical case data, or health-related data for advertising, marketing, tracking, or data brokerage. Cloud infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud/Firebase, may process data only as hosting and infrastructure providers under applicable data protection obligations.
