LiverColor Mobile App and Cloud Analysis

When a user uses LiverColor, we may collect and process account/profile information, contact information, case identifiers, uploaded case images, greycard calibration data, donor/case clinical information, biopsy and estimation form data, analysis requests, analysis results, and notification tokens.

This data is collected directly from the user through the LiverColor mobile app and is used to provide app functionality, store and manage case records, perform requested image-based liver analysis, maintain account access, provide notifications, secure the service, and improve service reliability.

When a user chooses to run an analysis, LiverColor sends the selected case images, case identifier, user identifier, and related clinical case data to LiverColor's own cloud API hosted on Google Cloud Platform. The analysis is operated by VisionemLabs / Sinapsys and is used only to provide the requested decision-support result and store that result in the case record.

LiverColor does not send case images or clinical case data to a third-party AI service for analysis. LiverColor does not use case images, clinical case data, or health-related data for advertising, marketing, tracking, or data brokerage. Cloud infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud/Firebase, may process data only as hosting and infrastructure providers under applicable data protection obligations.
